Acceptance

By creating an account or using Revora (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Revora Does

Revora helps business owners collect customer feedback and guide satisfied customers toward writing Google reviews. The Service provides AI-powered review text suggestions. These are shown to customers as a starting point — the customer reads, edits if desired, and manually posts the review themselves. Revora does not post any content to Google or any other platform on behalf of you or your customers.

Eligibility

• •You must be at least 18 years of age.
• •You must be a genuine business owner or an authorised representative of a business.
• •You may only use the Service for businesses you own or are legitimately authorised to manage.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• •Solicit, create, or encourage fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews.
• •Use the Service to gate reviews — i.e., show the Google review option only to customers who gave a high rating while hiding it from others. Our flow gives all customers both options, regardless of rating.
• •Impersonate another business, brand, or person.
• •Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• •Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law.

AI-Generated Content

Review suggestions are generated by AI and are starting points only. Accuracy and appropriateness are not guaranteed. The customer who posts the review is solely responsible for its content. As a business owner, you acknowledge that AI-generated text must be reviewed by the customer before posting and may be edited or discarded by them.

No Google Affiliation

Revora is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC in any way. Google, Google Maps, and Google Reviews are trademarks of Google LLC. We have no control over Google's review policies, content moderation, or whether any review remains visible on your Business Profile.

Payments & Subscriptions

• •Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay.
• •Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• •Refunds are not available for billing periods already paid.
• •You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice.

Early Access Pricing

Current pricing is offered at a special Early Access rate for our first users. These rates may increase after the Early Access period ends. If you are on a paid plan when prices change, your existing plan rate is honoured until your next renewal after the price change takes effect.

Intellectual Property

Revora and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your business data and the content your customers submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and display your data solely to provide the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. We will attempt to provide prior notice unless the violation is severe. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Revora is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Revora after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you by email for material changes.
